ABOUT
Vilnelė is a pop-up Lithuanian eatery in Paris, created to share the authentic flavors and culture of our region. Born from a longing for the tastes of home, it offers a welcoming space to enjoy traditional dishes, share stories, and experience Lithuanian hospitality. For two weeks, from October 12 - 27, Vilnelė will serve regional specialties like cold beet soup, cabbage rolls, dumplings, and homemade drinks such as gira and compote.
Chefs Monika Varšavskaja and Antanas Lučiūnas crafted the menu after culinary residencies in Lithuania and France, focusing on local, hand-harvested ingredients. Named after the Vilnelė river in Vilnius, the eatery aims to blend seamlessly into Parisian life.
The project is part of the Season of Lithuania in France
